Sehr geehrte Kunden,
Wir möchten Sie noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass wir im Zuge der Dokumentationspflicht zur Herstellung von Rezepturen/Defekturen ärztliche Verschreibungen benötigen.
Eine Bestellung für den Sprechstundenbedarf und damit Lagerung auf Vorrat ist in einigen Ländern, wie zum Beispiel der Schweiz, untersagt. Hier ist eine patientenindividuelle ärztliche Verschreibung in vertretbarer Abgabemenge notwendig. Diese beinhaltet in lateinischer Schrift den Patientennamen, das Geburtsdatum und den Praxisstempel mit ärztlicher Unterschrift.
Deshalb empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich vor der Bestellaufgabe mit Ihren lokalen behördlichen Einfuhr- und Anwendungsbestimmungen für patientenindividuelle Rezepturen vertraut zu machen.
Eine entsprechende interne Prüfung findet auch bei der Bestellverarbeitung in der Viktoria Apotheke statt.

We would like to remind you once again that we require medical prescriptions as part of the documentation obligation for the production of prescriptions/defectures.
In some countries, such as Switzerland, it is not permitted to order supplies for consultation hours and therefore to stockpile them. In this case, a patient-specific medical prescription in a reasonable dispensing quantity is required. This includes the patient's name, date of birth and the practice stamp with the doctor's signature in Latin script.
We therefore recommend that you familiarise yourself with your local official import and application regulations for patient-specific prescriptions before placing an order.
A corresponding internal check is also carried out during order processing at Viktoria Apotheke.

Unfortunately the website of our mail order pharmacy is not available in English. We are therefore pleased to provide you with further information below on how you can access current formulations and specialist information.
As a doctor resident in the EU, you have the possibility to register for our protected therapist area „THERAPEUTENBEREICH“. After registration, you can view and order all formulations in detail in our online shop.
HERE you can register as a new customer. Please enter the customer category "ARZT" and upload a proof of your affiliation to the medical profession. Alternatively, you can inform us of your wish to register by e-mail to versand@internet-apotheke.de (including attached certificate of licensure). After verification, you can log in to the THERAPEUTENBEREICH and inform yourself about the formulations from our portfolio or order them.
